Anil Vij today urged the Speaker of the Assembly, Haryana Vidhan Sabha to give a ruling before he answered a question, stating that the same question had been asked in the previous session as well. Therefore, his reply would be the same as the one he had given earlier.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Sh. Vij shared this information in reference to Question No. 4 during the ongoing session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that under Section 50 of the Rules of Procedure, a question asked in the previous session cannot be repeated in the next session, as it goes against the rules. Sh.
