Haryana Transport Minister Sh. Anil Vij today urged the Speaker of the Assembly, Haryana Vidhan Sabha to give a ruling before he answered a question, stating that the same question had been asked in the previous session as well. Therefore, his reply would be the same as the one he had given earlier.<\/div>\n

Sh. Vij shared this information in reference to Question No. 4 during the ongoing session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.<\/p>\n

He pointed out that under Section 50 of the Rules of Procedure, a question asked in the previous session cannot be repeated in the next session, as it goes against the rules. Sh. Vij demanded a ruling in this regard concerning the question raised in the last session.<\/p>\n
