Anurag Rastogi has written to all Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Managing Directors of Boards and Corporations, Divisional Commissioners, and Deputy Commissioners, directing them to provide the Commission with this \u2018View Only\u2019 login access.<\/p>\n<p>Through this facility, the Commission will be able to digitally monitor all services notified under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014, which are delivered via departmental portals, the Antyodaya Saral platform, departmental MIS systems, or other integrated digital interfaces.<\/p>\n<p>With this access, the Commission will be able to conduct real-time reviews of service delivery for supervision and monitoring purposes, ensuring greater transparency, efficiency, and timely redressal during verification, hearings, or inspections.
