Four days Tika Utsav was observed from 11th to 14th April 2021 to give boost to vaccination activities across the country covering the public and private sectors. Maharashtra has recorded the highest daily new cases at 58,952. It is followed by Uttar Pradesh with 20,439 while Delhi reported 17,282 new cases. 16 states, as shown under, are displaying an upward trajectory in daily new cases. India\u2019s total Active Caseload has reached <b><strong>14,71,877<\/strong><\/b>. It now comprises\u00a0<b><strong>10.46%<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0of the country&#8217;s total Positive Cases. A net incline of\u00a0<b><strong>1,06,173<\/strong><\/b> cases recorded from the total active caseload in the last 24 hours. The 5 States of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala cumulatively account for <b><strong>67.16%<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0of India\u2019s total Active Cases. Maharashtra alone accounts for43.54% of the total active caseload of the country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">India\u2019s cumulative recoveries stand at <b><strong>1,24,29,564<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0today. The National Recovery Rate is\u00a0<b><strong>88.31%. <\/strong><\/b><b><strong>93,528<\/strong><\/b> recoveries were registered in the last 24 hours. <b><strong>1,038<\/strong><\/b> deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. 10 States account for <b><strong>82.27%\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>of the new deaths. Maharashtra saw the maximum casualties (278).
