She covered the different Government\u00a0 schemes and programs directly aimed for the upliftment, rehabilitation and empowerment of persons with disabilities. She discussed in detail the different services extended by her Social Welfare department like\u00a0Petrol and diesel subsidy to disabled persons ( 40 litre), assistance to Handicapped persons for purchase of aids and appliances, unemployment allowance to disabled persons, disbursement of Loan to persons with disabilities, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professor Raj Kumar,Vice Chancellor in his address\u00a0urged everyone to encourage and accept differently abled persons who\u00a0 are no less than any of us.
