He was speaking after felicitating NCC cadets of Goa and Karnataka at Raj Bhavan today. The function was organised by the NCC DTE Karnataka and Goa, NCC, GP, HQ, Belagavi and other affiliated organisations. Speaking further, the Governor said, \u201cNCC gives a platform for youth in making their personality and imbibe upon them the importance of discipline in life\u201d. He highlighted the need for well disciplined, well characterised people to lead and take our nation ahead and appreciated the Cadets for opting NCC. At the Republic Day, 2021 the NCC contingent of Goa and Karnataka stood at 4th place. Shri.
