He further said that fourfold compensation will be paid in favor of those persons whose private land has come under NH-301 as sanctioned by the District Administration for the rural areas of Kargil district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal on the occasion also said that\u00a0in near future a proposal for construction of a tunnel project at Penzila Pass will also
