The application form can also be downloaded from the departmental website\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.haryanasports.gov.in\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.haryanasports.gov.in\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1595513790589000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFxc5CAPEkxunGkNPEdthbKsjjf9Q\">www.haryanasports.gov.in<\/a>\u00a0or can be collected from the office on any working day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Giving information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that only visually and hearing impaired players can apply for the Bhim Award for the year 2017-18. For this, the achievements from April 1, 2013, to March 31, 2017, will be considered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He informed that for the remaining sportspersons the achievements from April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2018, will be considered for the year 2018-19, achievements from April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2019, will be considered for 2019-2020, achievements from April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2020, will be considered for the year 2020-21. The applications should be on the basis of achievements.
