He set 15 day time for disposal of the grievances from the day it is received.<\/div>\n<div>\u201cThere should be an prompt system to ensure quality disposal of grievances pertaining to each department \/ Office, within the set timeline so that the actual\u00a0 purpose of the Grievance Portal is served: he directed.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0He directed to the concerned Officers to dispose of all pending grievances on the New Portal by June 5, 2021 (Saturday) positively and the grievances pending on the Old Portal by June 7, 2021 (Monday).<\/div>\n<div>\u201cAll the District Officers shall conduct weekly review of the disposal of Grievances by their subordinate Officers\/ Offices and shall ensure quality redress within the stipulated time period\u201d he directed further.<\/div>\n<div>The DC informed that a District Grievances App for disposal of Grievances\/Complaints pertaining to PDD &amp; PHE Department has also been launched in the District on the directions of Principal Secretary to Lieutenant Governor.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0The Executive Engineer PHE &amp; Executive Engineer PDD were directed to ensure quick disposal of the complaints\/grievances lodged on this Portal and submit the status report thereof on weekly basis.<\/div>\n<div>The meeting was attended by Sr. Superintendent of Police, Assistant\u00a0 Commissioner (Rev), Assistant\u00a0 Commissioner Development, District Planning officer, Chief Education officer, Executive Engineers of PDD, PHE, RDD\u00a0 and BDOs of different blocks.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0a2e\u0a3e\u0a2b\u0a3c \u0a15\u0a30\u0a28\u0a3e, \u0a07\u0a39 \u0a16\u0a2c\u0a30 \u0a24\u0a41\u0a39\u0a3e\u0a21\u0a40 \u0a2c\u0a47\u0a28\u0a24\u0a40 \u0a2d\u0a3e\u0a38\u0a3c\u0a3e \u0a35\u0a3f\u0a71\u0a1a \u0a09\u0a2a\u0a32\u0a2c\u0a27 \u0a28\u0a39\u0a40\u0a02 \u0a39\u0a48\u0964 \u0a15\u0a3f\u0a30\u0a2a\u0a3e \u0a15\u0a30\u0a15\u0a47 \u0a07\u0a71\u0a25\u0a47 \u0a26\u0a47\u0a16\u0a4b\u0964 POONCH, JUNE 02, 2021: Deputy Commissioner Poonch today\u00a0 \u00a0reviewed the disposal of public grievances pertaining to Lieutenant Governor\u2019s Grievance Cell, New and Old Portal.
