Manohar Lal said that 100 per cent land registration along with filed verification of each kila should be done on a priority basis on Meri Fasal Mera Byora(MFMB) portal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He said that every Deputy Commissioner should also ensure that mapping of each acre of land and training of the staff engaged in the mapping work should be done at the earliest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister gave these directions while presiding over a high-level meeting with the Administrative Secretaries, Deputy Commissioners to review Meri Fasal Mera Byora, Mera Pani Meri Virasat and COVID preparedness held here today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala, Home and Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij and Agriculture and Farmers&#8217;Welfare Minister, Sh. J. P. Dalal were also present during the meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister directed that every Deputy Commissioner should ensure physical verification of the fields with a zero error approach. Besides this, wide publicity should be made for making farmers aware of these schemes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ensure 100 per cent registration of each acre of land on MFMB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister directed that every Deputy Commissioner should ensure 100 per cent registration of cultivable and vacant land on the &#8216;Meri Fasal Mera Byora&#8217; (MFMB) portal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister said that the Deputy Commissioners should make the farmers aware that based on the data collected through this registration the farmers would be able to avail financial and subsidy benefit schemes being implemented by Agriculture and Farmers&#8217; Welfare Department and Horticulture Department.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A separate dashboard of each village should be made. Daily data of the land which has been registered on MFMB should be shared with the village people, directed by the Chief Minister.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>6200 staff engaged for mapping of per acre of land<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the meeting,\u00a0Dr Sumita Misra, Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers&#8217; Welfare Department, said that as many as\u00a06205 officers of various departments have been included for mapping\u00a0per acre of land.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She said that employees of various departments including Agriculture, Panchayat, Horticulture, Irrigation and Marketing would be involved in the work of mapping each acre of land.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This time farmers have shifted their focus on sowing pulses,\u00a0 oilseeds and fodder under crop diversification, she added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She further shared that a new scheme for water conservation, Direct Seeded of Rice (DSR) has been started under which sowing of rice is being done by adopting DSR that is a cost-effective and less water consuming method.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Out of two lakh,\u00a0 87,000 acres covered under MPMV\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister was apprised that under the Mera Pani Meri Virasat (MPMV) scheme out of the 2 lakh acres, crop diversification on around 87,000 acres of land has already been adopted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister said that efforts should be made to encourage the farmers to grow alternate crops like pulses, cotton, maize etc. He said that as saving the depleting groundwater levels is the utmost priority of the State Government, therefore, farmers should be encouraged to grow the said crops as procurement of all these crops would be done on MSP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister was apprised that a special incentive scheme for sowing alternate crops other than millet has been started under which an incentive amount of Rs. 4000 is being given to the farmers for sowing crops other than millet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Haryana&#8217;s preparedness for predicted third wave of COVID-19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Divulging details about the preparedness of predicted third wave of COVID-19, Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Sh. Rajeev Arora shared that in view of the expected third wave of COVID-19\u00a0 health infrastructure has been strengthened at\u00a0District level, Sub Divisional level, CHCs and PHCs levels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He apprised the Chief Minister that adequate bed facilities have already been\u00a0made for COVID Pediatric patients along with ensuring adequate oxygen supply and Pulse oximeter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sh. Rajeev Arora further shared that the already existing Beds (including ICU\/HDU Beds) in wards meant for adult COVID Patients will be utilized for COVID Pediatric Patients during the anticipated third wave of COVID- 19 Pandemic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Eight new molecular labs approved<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Minister was apprised that eight new government molecular Labs have been approved in Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Fatehabad, Jhajjar, Charkhi Dadri, Palwal, Mahendrgarh and Hisar. With the establishment of these labs, a total per day lab capacity is likely to be enhanced to\u00a01,02,200 tests per day, he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chief Secretary, Sh.
