The enterprise will be eligible for this benefit till it remains in production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The spokesperson added that enterprises will not be required to apply for availing the benefit. The Power Companies\/Utilities i.e. Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN\/DHBVN) will provide this benefit by deducting the subsidy amount in the electricity bills. He said that the Director\/Director General, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will be the competent authority for sanction of funds to UHBVN\/DHBVN. The amount of Power Tariff subsidy granted by UHBVN\/DHBVN will be reimbursed by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Department from its allocated budget.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He said that if it is found at any stage that the applicant has claimed assistance on the basis of false facts, then the applicant will have to return the assistance amount with compound interest rate of 12 percent per annum and legal action will also be taken against him. In addition, he will be debarred from grant of any incentive\/ assistance from the State Government.
