India\u2019s COVID-19 vaccination coverage crossed the landmark of 46 Cr yesterday. Cumulatively,\u00a046,15,18,479\u00a0<\/strong>vaccine doses have been administered through 54,94,423 sessions, as per the provisional report till 8 am today.\u00a052,99,036\u00a0<\/strong>vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

The new phase of universalization of COVID-19 vaccination has commenced from 21st June, 2021. The Union Government is committed to accelerating the pace and expanding the scope of COVID-19 vaccination throughout the country.<\/p>\n

Out of the people infected since the beginning of the pandemic,\u00a03,07,81,263\u00a0people have already recovered from COVID-19<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a037,291\u00a0<\/strong>patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. This constitutes an overall recovery rate of\u00a097.37%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

India has reported 41,649 daily new cases in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Less than 50,000 Daily New Cases have been reported since thirty-four continuous days. This is a result of sustained and collaborative efforts by the Centre and the States\/UTs.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

India\u2019s Active Caseload today stands at\u00a04,08,920\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0active cases now constitute\u00a01.29%<\/strong>\u00a0of the country’s total Positive Cases.<\/p>\n

With substantially ramped up testing capacity across the country, a total of\u00a017,76,315\u00a0tests were conducted in the last 24 hours in the country. Cumulatively, India has conducted over\u00a046.64 crore\u00a0<\/strong>(46,64,27,038<\/strong>) tests so far.<\/p>\n

While on one side testing capacity has been enhanced across the country,\u00a0Weekly Positivity Rate is currently at 2.42%<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0Daily Positivity rate stands at 2.34% today.\u00a0<\/strong>Daily Positivity rate has remained below 5% for 54 consecutive days now.<\/p>\n
