BJP Jammu holds district workshop under ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Mahabhiyan’
Jammu, 19 February 2026
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District Jammu organized a district-level workshop under the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Mahabhiyan’ at the party’s district office in Kacchi Chawni, Jammu. The workshop was chaired by District President Rajesh Gupta and addressed by BJP Jammu & Kashmir General Secretary Baldev Singh Billawaria, District Prabhari Brijeshwar Singh Rana, District General Secretary Suneet Raina, and other senior leaders.
Addressing the gathering as the key speaker, Baldev Singh Billawaria emphasized that the party has set a target to conduct training sessions up to the booth level to further strengthen the organization at the grassroots. He stated that training is a continuous process aimed at refining party workers and reinforcing their commitment to the organization. A worker who keeps learning continues to grow, but the moment one stops learning, growth also comes to a halt, he remarked.
Billawaria underscored that the training initiative, inspired by the ideology of Deendayal Upadhyaya, seeks to make party workers more aware and dedicated towards national interest, social harmony, and the spirit of service. He said that when every worker is ideologically firm and humble in conduct, the strength of the BJP will effectively reach the last person in society.
He further stated that through this Mahabhiyan, workers from booth to state level are being connected with the party’s organizational framework, government policies, and the core principles of public service. This is not merely a training programme but a grand mission to reinforce our resolve for nation-building, he asserted.
Reiterating the party’s guiding principle of “Nation First,” Billawaria said that training enhances the capacity, efficiency, and ideological clarity of every worker. He described the Mahabhiyan as a milestone in achieving organizational expansion, consolidation, and the goal of Antyodaya. He added that the training drive is not a formality, but an integral and ongoing process reflecting the BJP’s ideological commitment and dedication to cadre building.
Adv. Rajesh Gupta said that continuous training ensures discipline and effectiveness within the organization. He expressed confidence that the Mahabhiyan will further energize party workers across Jammu district.
The proceedings of the workshop were conducted by District General Secretary Ravi Kant
