BJP Senior Leader and Former MLC Vibodh Gupta today strongly condemned the indecent and derogatory remarks made during a political rally in Patna, where Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav allowed shameful abuses to be hurled against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother.
Calling it the “lowest point in Indian politics,” Vibodh Gupta said that such conduct has completely shredded the moral fabric of public life. “To target the revered late mother of Prime Minister Modi, who is no longer among us, reflects not only political bankruptcy but also a dangerous erosion of basic human values,” he stated.
Vibodh said that the people of Bihar, known across the country for their humility and respect, will never forgive such behavior. “What Rahul and Tejaswi are showcasing is not a campaign for development or public welfare—it is nothing but a ‘Tour of Shame’ designed to spread hatred and insult the cultural ethos of this land,” he added.
Vibodh asserted that no apology can ever erase this insult on cultural ethos of this land. “The nation stands with Prime Minister Modi, and every citizen who values dignity and culture rejects this brand of politics that thrives on abuse and indecency,” he said.
