Secretary Transport Ladakh Saugat Biswas issues an order regarding delegation of functions to Regional Transport Officer, Ladakh. The order reads, In the interest of the Administration, sanction is hereby accorded to the delegation of function regarding approval or otherwise of the introduction of new models of vehicles as provided under Rule 274-A of Jammu & Kashmir Motor Vehicle Rules, 1991 amended vide SRO-18 dated:18.06.2016, in favour of Regional Transport Officer, Ladakh, till further orders.
