Seek treatment as soon as some symptoms are seen

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Corona is completely cured if treatment is started early, but the delay can be fatal. Therefore, if there are any symptoms then check up should be done immediately and at the same time give medical kit to the person so that treatment can start. Do not be careless at all, seek treatment as soon as some symptoms are seen.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that patients should be identified after conducting door-to-door survey and medical kit should be given and treatment started if symptoms like cold, cough, fever etc. are seen. By following the strategy of “early detection and cure”, we can cure every corona patient. According to a study, Madhya Pradesh is coming down from Corona peak.
Chief Minister Chouhan was holding a meeting with members of the Corona Core Group through video conferencing from his residence today. The concerned ministers and officials were present in the meeting.
88,511 active cases
There are now 88 thousand 511 active cases of Corona in the state. In the last 24 hours, there has been a decline of 2285 active cases, 12 thousand 379 new cases have come, while 14 thousand 562 patients have been cured. Our positivity rate has improved to 20.3% and weekly positivity rate is 22%.
State is now coming down from the peak
Additional Chief Secretary Health Mohammad Suleman said that according to the case prediction made by Dr. Mahendra Agarwal, Professor, IIT Kanpur, Madhya Pradesh has reached its Corona Peak. Now cases are decreasing.
Doctor must call once a day
Chief Minister Chouhan directed that the doctors must call and advise the patients under treatment in home isolation at least once a day.
Continuous supply of oxygen
Adequate supply of oxygen is being made in the state. The state is getting a quota of 589 MT of oxygen. 465 MT was received on 30 April, 489 MT oxygen supply received on May 1 and 503 MT supply is estimated for May 2.
58 new oxygen plants
A total of 58 new oxygen plants are being set up in all districts of the state. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed to speed up the work.
