Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel said that the image of any nation is based on the awareness of its society and its sense of duty. Where the society is aware of its duties, the constitutional system also operates effectively. The strength of the society lies in the unity, trust, mutual cooperation and collective efforts of its members. A healthy society is the one in which involvement of everyone, development of all, trust of everybody and efforts of all are included. This is the basis of inclusive development.
