Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister, Sh.Anil Vij has emphasized speed and transparency as top priorities in administrative functioning, stating that the true efficiency of any government can be assessed by the pace at which files move in its offices. He said that when files are processed on time, it directly benefits the common people and accelerates development work.
Sh.Vij made it clear that the core principle of his working style is that no file should remain pending unnecessarily. With this objective, he regularly reviews his departments and issues strict instructions to officials to ensure prompt, transparent and effective disposal of every file. He added that administrative delays not only hinder development but also weaken public trust.
In this regard, Vij’s Senior Secretary Vijay Sharma and Private Secretary Dalbir Singh visited Ambala today, where Vij reviewed the status of files related to the Energy, Transport and Labour Departments and ensured their swift disposal. He directed officials to complete all procedures within stipulated timelines and avoid any unnecessary delays at any level.
Sh.Vij said that he has instructed officials to give top priority to matters related to public interest, making it clear that any form of negligence in such cases will not be tolerated. He said that the government is elected by the people with the primary objective of public welfare, and therefore every official and public representative must discharge their duties with honesty and accountability.
He further said that good governance is not just about formulating schemes, but also about ensuring their effective and timely implementation. Unless files are disposed of on time, the benefits of schemes cannot reach the last person. With this vision, he is continuously working to make the work culture in his departments more dynamic, transparent and accountable.
Sh.Vij reiterated that no file is unnecessarily held up in his office, ensuring faster development and better, timely and effective services for the people of the state.
