Chandigarh, August 19 – Haryana Urban Local Bodies Minister, Mr. Anil Vij has ordered an inquiry into the fire that broke out in the account branch of the Municipal Corporation, Faridabad. The Regional Commissioner Faridabad, will investigate the entire matter and will submit his report in 15 days.
As per the order issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department had said that before this fire incident, the government had already issued an inquiry for alleged financial irregularities of crore of rupees in the Corporation, but in the meantime the fire broke out in the accounting branch. For this reason, a thorough investigation will be conducted in this matter.
